In Chandler, near West Elgin Street and South Laveen Drive performing a diagnostic on a Carrier package heat pump. Found system to be low on refrigerant and found reversing valve leaking as well. Customer was given a quote on system replacement upon departure.
In Chandler, near Ray Ranch Estates performing a diagnostic on a probable clogged condensation line. Blew out condensation line with CO2 and a large amount of water came out of the line. Used a second CO2 cartridge to clear line again. Line is clear of water and debris upon departure.
In Chandler, AZ: FREE ESTIMATE- Morehart AC to install and furnish 5 oem ump pad sets for coolers; model UMP-839U. Installation will include removal of ducting so pads can be removed. Installation of new pads and sealing ducting on completion of repair. Estimate complete.

Found primary drain pan full of water and drained out. Blower motor picking up water and going into supply plenum. Replaced intake filter and turned temperature a few degrees up. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications. Service complete.

Noticed condenser coil had oil stain but no leak present; also look like dog has been urinating on coil which could cause coil to wear and leak refrigerant. To monitor coil and refrigerant levels. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

UPON DEPARTURE UNIT WORKING PROPERLY AND WITHIN MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS.

RECOMMEND REPLACING OEM 3/8 FLOATS IN ALL COOLERS AND DOING REGULAR MAINTENANCE ON SYSTEMS. SERVICE COMPLETED.

In Phoenix Az for a no heat call. Found a bad blower on the unit. Ordered blower from the factory. Going to return to install tomorrow when the motor comes in
