The singularly nicest service/repair company I’ve delt with in years!

The day of my appointment, I received a call from Tom Greene in the early afternoon telling me that he was running ahead of schedule and if I wanted him to come early he could- or he could wait till my allotted appointment window of three to five pm. (Of course I let him come over hours early!)

Tom was polite, professional and quickly took a look at the A/C unit. He diagnosed the problem, said he’d have it fixed in a few minutes and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Once it was up and running again, he waited until the machine “warmed up” so that he could make sure that it was working 100%, it was blowing cold enough and that there were no other problems. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

If I was in my early to mid-twenties, and single I’d have tried to convince Tom to run away with me right then and there. (Sorry, Honey.) He was seriously that great.

I’m new to this state so I don’t have much experience with A/C repair companies but from what I have heard from others its never really a GOOD experience. Mine was. We will be leaving this rental home to purchase shortly and I can honestly say that Tom from Morehart is the only person I’ll be calling if there is a problem with our heating and air conditioning.
