Not only do they let you know who's coming to service your unit... they keep you updated on their travel status to your location... wow!!! The technician was very professional - in that he took the time necessary to conduct the requisite testing, fully explained to me the course of action needed by him and by the homeowner. Does clean and tidy work, he kept his workspace sanitized throughout his servicing at the job site. Polite throughout the many conversations regarding the status of the unit while providing the required service... Service Tech John is a considerable asset to this company... carries himself well. Pricing is comparable to others within the service area... scope of knowledge is superb.

Tom was hands down the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Most professional AC experience in 38 years of owning homes. They were able to get our system up and cooling within 14 hours of first contact. Every other AC vendor told us 10-14 days to get to us. We were told by the vendor who installed the unit we had no warranty at all. Morhart tech Brain was able to determine we actually had 10 years of parts warranty. That saved us $250. Our system was repaired and blowing cold air 30 minutes after arrival. I would highly recommend Morehart for any repair in your home. We will be using them for our yearly system review.
